By accessing or using our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Scope of Services 

APlus Interiors provides interior design, fit-out, renovation, maintenance-related services (if applicable), and may also offer home décor items, ready kitchen products, and related products through the website (“Services” and “Products”). 

Service details, timelines, and deliverables may vary depending on the project scope and will be defined in a quotation, proposal, or service agreement.

2. Quotations & Pricing 

  • All quotations are subject to site inspection (if required) and availability of materials. 

  • Prices may change if the scope changes, measurements differ from initial information, or client requests additional work. 

  • Quotations are valid for [X] days unless stated otherwise. 

  • Unless specified, pricing excludes government fees, permits, third-party approvals, and additional site conditions.

3. Project Confirmation & Payments 

  • A project is confirmed only when the client approves the quotation/proposal and pays the required deposit. 

  • Payment terms (deposit, milestones, final payment) will be specified in the quotation or agreement. 

  • Late payments may cause work stoppage, delivery delays, or rescheduling.

4. Changes to Scope (Variation Orders) 

Any changes requested by the client after confirmation (materials, layouts, design, quantities, site conditions) may require: 

  • Revised timeline 

  • Additional charges 
    These changes will be documented as a Variation Order (or updated quotation) and must be approved before execution.

5. Timelines & Delivery 

  • Estimated timelines are based on current information and are subject to material availability, site readiness, approvals, and client response time. 

  • APlus is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g., building management approvals, supplier delays, force majeure).

6. Client Responsibilities 

The client agrees to: 

  • Provide accurate information, site access, and approvals on time. 

  • Ensure the site is safe and ready for work (electricity/water access where needed). 

  • Obtain building approvals/permits unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

  • Protect personal valuables on-site; APlus is not liable for unsecured items.

7. Materials, Samples & Finishes 

  • Color shades, textures, and material finishes may differ slightly from samples due to manufacturing batches, lighting conditions, or supplier variations. 

  • If a specific brand/model is discontinued, APlus may propose an equivalent alternative.

8. Warranty & Defects Liability 

  • Warranty terms depend on the work category and supplier warranties. 

  • Defects resulting from misuse, third-party modifications, improper maintenance, water leakage, structural issues, or normal wear and tear are excluded. 

  • Any warranty claim must be reported within [X] days of discovering the issue.

9. Products (Home Décor / Ready Kitchens) 

If Products are sold via the website: 

  • Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly. 

  • Availability and delivery times are estimates. 

  • For “Ready Kitchen” or custom-related items, measurements and site verification may be required prior to final confirmation.

10. Returns & Refunds (If Applicable) 

  • Returns/refunds apply only where stated and subject to the nature of the product. 

  • Custom-made items, made-to-order items, and installed items are generally non-refundable unless defective. 

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on payment method and bank processing.

11. Cancellation Policy 

  • If the client cancels after confirmation, costs already incurred (design work, procurement, labor allocation, supplier orders) may be deducted. 

  • Supplier cancellations may be subject to supplier terms and restocking fees.

12. Intellectual Property 

All website content, designs, drawings, concepts, and materials provided by APlus remain the intellectual property of APlus unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
Clients may not reproduce or share APlus designs commercially without permission.

13. Website Use 

You agree not to: 

  • misuse the website, 

  • attempt to access restricted systems, 

  • copy content without permission, 

  • upload malicious code or harmful data. 

We may suspend or restrict access if misuse is suspected.

14. Privacy 

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the website, you consent to data processing as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law: 

  • APlus is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. 

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service/product that gave rise to the claim.

APlus is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: supplier disruption, government restrictions, extreme weather, power outages, strikes, or unforeseen site conditions.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent UAE courts unless otherwise agreed.
